This encouraged me to continue my research in several areas such as:
* The inter connexion between the brain and the body
* The impact of optimism on our life
* The power of positive affirmations on our subconscious
* The benefits of meditation and ‘letting go’ on our serenity
* Abdominal breathing and its influence on our physical and moral health (the second brain)
* How to master our emotions
* How can negative thinking transform the bio-chemistry of our body
* The art of living the present moment
* Luck, how to learn how to develop it and to improve it
By developing my research on luck, I realised that there is a big relation between the philosophy of laughter yoga and the way that leads towards the creation of luck
The course aims to increase the luck of human beings by making them think and behave like a lucky person.
The Luck School is a one (1) month module consisting of weekly sessions of 90 minutes.
During these sessions you will learn how to:
* Master the basic techniques for maximising your ‘luck capital’
* Undertake practical exercises easily incorporated into your daily routines
* Change your way of thinking, reflecting and behaving
* Admit that luck is a skill that can be developed and improved in the same way as memory and intelligence
The luck school will enable you to discover the four(4) fundamental psychological principles which will, day after day transform
* Your personal life
* Your financial situation
* Your physical and moral health
* Your relations with your family, colleagues and ------------
* Your professional career

Our appointment will be every Saturday from 11.00 to 12.30 at the British Council in room number 12 on the first floor.
